Terms of Membership
Last updated: 20 October 2026
Thanks for joining me! These terms explain how BURN memberships work: what you get, how you pay, how to cancel, and the rules that keep BURN a safe, supportive place. I’ve kept them as plain as I can. Please read them before you join, because by joining or using BURN you agree to them.
1. Who we are
BURN by Rebecca Louise (“BURN”, “we”, “us”) is run by Rebecca-Louise, Inc., in Sarasota, Florida, USA.
You can reach us any time at customerservice@rebecca-louise.com.
2. Your membership
BURN is a membership app with three memberships. Each one includes everything in the one before it.
Prices are in US dollars. What each membership includes is set out on our Memberships page. Features marked “Coming soon” are not included yet; we’ll switch them on for the right memberships when they launch.
Our nutrition program (meal plans, food tracking and coaching) is separate from BURN memberships. It isn’t included in any membership, including BURN COMPLETE.
The price you see is the price you pay. We don’t add sales tax on top.
3. Payment and auto-renewal
When you join on this website, you pay today for your first month or year. Your membership then renews automatically at the same price, every month or every year, on the same date, until you cancel. We’ll charge the card you joined with.
Payments on this website are handled securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
If a payment doesn’t go through, your access may pause until it’s sorted.
If we ever change the price of your membership, we’ll tell you before the new price applies, so you can cancel first if you want to.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel any time, right in the BURN app: go to Subscription and tap Cancel. If you’d rather, you can also email customerservice@rebecca-louise.com with the subject “CANCEL” and the name and email address you joined with.
When you cancel, you won’t be charged again, and you keep your access until the end of the month or year you’ve already paid for.
5. Refunds
Payments aren’t refundable once your month or year has started, and we don’t refund part-used months or years. If you joined twice by mistake, email us and we’ll refund the extra membership. This doesn’t affect any rights you have under the law where you live.
6. Members who joined before
If you were a BURN member before these memberships launched, you keep the price you signed up at. You don’t need to join again: just sign in to the BURN app with the email you joined with.
7. Buying through the App Store or Google Play
If you join through the Apple App Store or Google Play, your payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their terms, not ours. Manage or cancel that membership in your Apple ID or Google Play settings. We can’t refund App Store or Google Play payments; please ask Apple or Google. Everything else in these terms still applies to how you use BURN.
8. Your health comes first
Please talk to your doctor before you start any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a health condition, an injury, or you’re pregnant or have recently had a baby.
BURN’s workouts, programs, recipes, mindset content and Ask BURN AI are for general fitness and wellbeing information only. They are not medical advice and they don’t replace advice from your doctor or another qualified professional.
Listen to your body. Stop straight away and get medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, faintness or shortness of breath. You take part at your own risk, and you’re responsible for choosing workouts that are right for you and for training in a safe space with safe equipment.
Pregnancy and postpartum: our Luna Bloom pregnancy and postpartum programs are general guidance. Only follow them with your doctor or midwife’s OK, and follow their advice if it’s different from ours.
Results vary from person to person. Member stories on our website are real, but they aren’t a promise of what you’ll achieve.
9. Your account
- Use your real details and keep your password private. Your membership is for you only; please don’t share your login.
- You’re responsible for what happens on your account. If you think someone else is using it, email us straight away.
10. Community rules
The BURN community is a place for women to cheer each other on. When you post, comment, share photos or message in BURN (or in our groups), please:
- be kind and respectful: no bullying, harassment, hate, threats or body-shaming;
- only post things you have the right to share, and never share other people’s personal details or photos without their permission;
- no spam, selling, recruiting or advertising;
- nothing illegal, explicit or harmful, and nothing that could put anyone’s safety at risk.
You own what you post. By posting it in BURN, you let us show it within BURN so the community can see it. If you’d like us to use it anywhere else (for example on our social media), we’ll ask you first. We can remove anything that breaks these rules, and we can suspend or close accounts that break them, without a refund.
11. Our content
All BURN workouts, videos, programs, guides, recipes, photos, the BURN name and logo, and the app itself belong to us or the people we license them from. Your membership lets you use them for your own personal, non-commercial use while your membership is active. Please don’t copy, download (except where the app lets you), share, sell, or teach from them without our written permission.
12. Changes to BURN
We’re always improving BURN, so workouts, programs and features may change over time. If we make a change that takes away something important from your membership, we’ll tell you, and you can cancel.
13. Limits on our responsibility
We work hard to keep BURN running smoothly, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. As far as the law allows: BURN is provided “as is”; we aren’t responsible for injuries, losses or damage that come from how you use BURN; and our total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the problem happened. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that can’t be limited by law.
14. If you break these terms
If you break these terms, we may close your account.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll post the new version here with a new date, and if a change is important we’ll email you before it applies. If you keep using BURN after that, you’re agreeing to the new terms.
16. The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
